72 dpi Myth - Debunked

Remember 300 dpi is for printing - 300 dpi at the size you want to print (you need to adjust before scanning or taking photographs to ensure you have enough dpi (dots per inch) to play with. For on screen the dpi does not matter, pixel size is the only thing you need to worry about, here is a link to debunk the 72 dpi myth and the following images.
